I would have given this place ZERO stars if it was an option. I spoke to someone who told me they could help me fix my garage and put me down on the schedule for a Tuesday appointment. He said they couldn’t give me a time but someone would call the day of and tell me when. So I cleared my entire schedule for the day to make sure I was home and available. Tuesday came along NO ONE called. So around 2pm I decided to call them… When the same guy answered he informed me that they had me on the schedule for WEDNESDAY, and not TUESDAY. He made NO apologies for the schedule mishap and basically made me feel like I was crazy for thinking it was Tuesday. Then when he asked if Wednesday would still work for me, I told him it depends on what time… But of course HE COULDN’T GIVE ME A TIME. Again he informed me someone would call in the morning. So I told him, if they call and tell me an inconvenient time, I will have to just cancel. This is the part that killed me… He proceeds to tell me «well then I will just take you off the schedule altogether». Are you kidding me??? And when I asked him «so is this how you do business?»… HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. He didn’t even tell me his name! Whatever you do, DO NOT go with this company if you care about how people treat you. I have been working in customer service my whole life and I wouldn’t dare talk to another person like that. He obviously didn’t care for my business… Now I will make sure He doesn’t get any of my friends’ and families’ either!

We called MON morning 8am because our spring broke. He gave us a timeframe of 1−3pm for a service for the same day and arrived right on 1pm. Very professional, fast and efficient. Very knowledgable.

Great service! Spring broke over the weekend, called around Monday morning and although they were not the cheapest they were close. However they offered a much better warranty than the others. With the good Unilocal reviews thought I would give them a chance.
They called before they came out with a time window. When they arrived they were very friendly and professional, they had both springs swapped out in less than 20 minutes. The garage door has never opened so smooth and quiet! I strongly recommend this company.

Torsion spring had broken on my garage door, making it unable to open effectively. They were really responsive and unlike some other places, open on a Friday night and able to get me scheduled the next morning for a spring replacement. They were super efficient (took about 35 minutes), showed up when they said they would, and got the job done (with a 5 year warranty). Also doesn’t hurt that they had the best quoted price of the 4 – 5 places I called that do garage door repairs. While spring repair isn’t super complicated, without the right tools and with some risk of injury during the actual repair (for someone who hasn’t done it at all/​much), it was well worth the $ 179 to get the repair done quickly and efficiently.

Couldn’t be more professional and efficient. Big fan. Highly recommend. My garage door spring had broken, set up an appointment for the next day, Nick arrived early, fixed it in a half hour, and was gone. Perfect.
