On Saturday December 5, I arrived at this UPS location extremely frustrated and disappointed after having a horrible experience at a FedEx on Plymouth Rd., Livonia. As soon as I walked into UPS, a man immediately greeted me with a smile, and asked a young lady (I believe her name was Allison) to help me. Allison was incredibly nice and efficient– I was worried my box would not fit all of the gifts I had to ship, but as opposed to the assistant at FedEx who rolled her eyes at me, Allison rearranged my items to make it work. She also recognized the gifts were being sent to a charity organization and offered me a AAA discount. The location is a bit out of my way, but well worth the drive have such kind staff. They made the shipping process as easy as it could be for me, as opposed to the FedEx who acted frustrated and put out that I was asking them to ship a package.

Tired of being treated like garbage at the post office. Come here. Personable, and no wait.
