I’ve used My Lady Florist for various reasons. The last one was for a casket spray. It was a difficult time, and the gentleman I talked to was more than helpful. I ordered online and then followed up and called the store to verify when it would be delivered. He was kind and the arrangement was beautiful. I’ve never been disappointed and the staff has always been friendly.

The worst! I went in to order a couple of arrangements for Mother’s day and the young dumb blond continued to direct me to the cooler instead of taking the time to make a couple of arrangements for me. Get a clue you lost at least $ 300 of business!

Called on a Saturday afternoon at 2Pm to see if I could still get a delivery same day. The agreed to deliver after 4 when they closed. I ordered a summer basket or vase of assorted summer flowers for $ 50 to be delivered to a graduate.
The recipient posted a picture on a social page with a thanks. It was a basket of 6 orange roses, gold button mums, purple statice bakers fern and babies breath. A fall basket at that — with fall colored flowers. A cheesy balloon and lady bug, neither I asked for, I would rather have had the money in flowers. — It looked like a $ 25 grocery store bouquet.
They definitely missed the mark on this one. Sorry —

I have ordered from My Lady Florist several times over the years for work and the flowers have gone to funeral homes, private homes and hospitals with no problems. Ordering on-​line is easy and I have always received positive feedback from the recipients. Their prices seem reasonable enough.
This past Christmas I ordered from a regular FTD and could not finish my order on-​line. So I then had to call the 800 number and go through the order 3 times before it went into the system. If My Lady Florist could have filled my out of state order it would have been who I would have gone with for sure.

I called this store on a recommendation from a friend. I had a friend in Philadelphia that was recovering from surgery, and the same day I found out that the mother of a friend of mine (who lives in California) passed away. So, I thought it would roll the dice and see if they could service out of state.
A few days later, I received calls from both friends, in both states, thanking me for the beautiful gifts! I don’t know how My Lady’s Florist did it, but they delivered the product, and they delivered it well!
