I lived there for 9 years, and moved out November 2, 2013. They wanted to charge me rent for the entire month of November, stating they do not pro-​rate. They kept my entire security deposit of $ 410… and THEN tried to charge me an additional $ 840 for «damage» that did not exist. Part of that was $ 199 for the carpet because it was supposed to last for 10 years and only lasted 9. Seriously?!? They sent me a demand letter for the $ 840, and stated they had sent me an itemized list of charge previously… which I never received, although I sure got their demand letter. I am GLAD I moved out and it sure showed its true colors once I moved. If they sue me for the money they say I owe, I will be HAPPY to fight them in court because they grossly inflated all the charges. Don’t live there!
