Very expensive! Was very disappointed by the prices and food. The garlic was good but i definitely wouldn’t go again.

The guy wore the same latex glove while he was preparing me and my fiancé’s food, he even answered a phone and put it in the gloved hand! I never heard the sizzling of meat, only the ding of the microwave. I told my fiancé that we are never going back!

I ordered a chicken schwarma and I get it served in a flour tortilla, A FLOURTORTILLIA?! Seriously if this is famous I don’t know what you’re smoking. This place will be on its last legs very soon. I’ll get a chicken burrito from somewhere else next time, err schwarma…

Ordered the schwarma combo; was supposed to be beef, lamb, and chicken. Only received beef and chicken. Chicken was VERY dry so I received more beef. The woman server working there, very rude. She was talking about me rudely(and loudly) to another woman who came in.(I guess she thought she was being quiet enough.) The women server also mentioned that the owner(cook) was slow. Had to send food back that was incredibly dry and bad service.

The only place open on Thankgiving in the area! Went in and ordered a few sandwiches, hummus, and extra chicken and pita bread. All were very good and the service was very fast. I believe it was the owner that took my order and he was very friendly and talkative while I waited. Very glad I stopped in and will be going back quite a bit in the near future.

Came back because of a good experience prior, however this experience was very poor. Basically the food is not fresh. My lentil soup looked liked it was in the fridge and they microwaved it in the styrofoam container. The styrofoam container was slightly disfigured and the soups consistency reminded me of tapioca pudding. Gross. Definitely not the soup I had at previous occasions. Also, The chicken schwarma wrap was cold! Poor poor poor experience! Oh, and now charging 75 cents for a small bag of SAMs club pita bread… doesn’t come with any meal.

There were few people in the restaurant when I arrived, and the staff seemed to be a bit confused about the order. Though I intended to eat inside, we were not given the option, and our food was bagged to-go. The hummus was alright, but tastes a lot like what I can make. The falafel was edible, but a bit on the dry side. Overall, the food is decent — but not the greatest I’ve ever had. However, it’s close enough to a studio that I work at, so I’ll probably return.

Carry out chicken shawarma sandwich, not what Im used to. I think it was a tawook instead. The rice pilaf was so bland, I put spices on it at home. The service wasnt friendly, in fact they barely spoke to me. Sorry, wont be returning.

Great food and reasonable prices. So far I have ordered food there 4 or 5 times. It’s best to call ahead because real food requires time to prepare. My only complaint is the décor of the restaurant needs updating; thus, it is a better take out restaurant.

INCREDIBLYRUDE! After waiting while the incredibly s-l-o-w counterperson took the order of people who actually got there AFTER us, he just casually passed by us telling us he was sorry, but they were closed. At first I thought he had to be kidding, but he wasn’t. I asked if he was really not going to take our order after letting us stand there for 10 minutes, and he just said he hadn’t realized what time it was. I was in shock. I have never been so rudely treated, and our first visit will now be our last. Sorry, can’t tell you how the food is. And it was only 5:30 p.m. NEVERAGAIN.

My wife and I just received a flyer for Famous Shawarmas the other day and decided to give it a try. We loved it. We were welcomed to the restaurant as if we were family. We ordered some hummus and some chicken shawarmas for carry out. While we were waiting for our order to be filled, one of the gentlemen brought us some lentle soup, hummus, and baba ghannouj to try. It was delicious. It’s as authentic as it gets. I’m so happy we gave this place a try. We’ll defintely be back!

F.S. just opened and we decided to give it a try. It’s a small location with several tables and counter service. They were very friendly and helpful with my order. I ordered carry out and the wait was about 30 minutes. They ran out of Rice Pilaf and I got Lentils and Rice mix for a substitute. It’s not something I’m used to. Next time I’ll come back when they have the Pilaf. A Chicken Tawook Sandwich was pretty good and the Lentil Soup was tasty, but a little cold for my liking. I’m going to try the Deboned Chicken next time and decide whether or not this will be my new Mediterranean Place to go. 3 stars for now…
