My wife and I stopped by to get a quote on a granite countertop. The manager or owner was in the showroom and never said a word to us. I even made eye contact with the guy and said hello-​nothing. Receptionist got our info-​very cold. Then our salesperson Brian came out and showed us some slabs. We gave him our measurements and email and he said he would email our quote-​never heard back from him. My advice-​go to places that want your business and are friendly-​Countertop Solutions, Design Surfaces or Architectural Justice in Medina. All gave us quotes right away and were extremely friendly.
