they are crooks, I bought an 8 session package they closed up shop and never refunded the money or even returned my calls.

After purchasing a Groupon, I scheduled my massage and was very excited for my appointment. The therapist was great, and after the massage I was offered to buy a package of massages that would never expire and the price per massage was a great deal. I chatted with the owner, and being a massage therapist myself, I felt comfortable buying this from her.
Huge mistake! A few months went by and I attempted to make an appointment with no luck… So here we are, I had some time off this coming week and decided to give them a call to get myself scheduled. The phone is disconnected, the website is down, and storefront is closed. What a fraud!!! I will be filing a complaint against her massage license with the State Medical Board this week!

Nice to be Kneaded is the first massage studio where I truly felt at home. The studio itself is calming and inviting. I get knots in my neck and shoulders that cause headaches and severe pain. I’ve been to multiple therapists and the situation was always the same: They just barely touch the problem and I’d have to go back very quickly after for them to work on me more. The owner at Nice to be Kneaded, Caitlin, has definitely mastered deep tissue massage and has rid me of that issue!
Also, their prices are fair and they typically run specials that can get you a great deal on multiple sessions!
I definitely recommend this place!

I couldn’t be more happy with the service and quality I received from their studio the other day. The environment is calming and they were very accommodating to my scheduling needs as well as what areas of my back where I needed the most tension relief.
What blew my mind the most was the price I paid for the value I received. Sometimes I get stressed out just having to pay the excessive price for an hour massage– this is the first location I have ever been to where it didn’t break the bank to get quality work. Even if it did cost more, it would have been worth every cent.
Thank you for being such a wonderful place. You have a customer for life.
