I am so grateful to the wonderful help I got from Rene today. He helped me upgrade my phone and make sure all was good on my account. I really feel that he was making sure that my needs were met… not just trying to make a good sale — and to me that is important. I was so glad to find this store near my office and then learn that not only is it convenient– but the service was awesome.

Went to this store after a very frustrating experience at the corporate store in Thousand Oaks. The service I received was amazing, he went above and beyond what the staff at thousand oaks did(which was nothing).

I purposely drove to this location because of poor reviews for the AT&T locations around me and mentally planned to spend 1+ hour to upgrade my phone to a 5s. Rene was the only person on staff until the other person came back from a break. He managed other customers and I was in and out in 30 mins with all my data. Plus no pushy sales pitch trying to convince me to upgrade to a 6 when I wanted a 5s, upgrade my plan, buy accessories, etc. By far the best teleco experience I have had in a long time. Other reps need to learn from him.

Just had to say that the staff was really nice and very attentive. I usually hate taking care of problems with my phone but they were very helpfull for once

Rene is the best sales person ever! He is super helpful, never pushy at all and always tries to see where he can save me money. I go out of my way to go to this location instead of the one in Camarillo, where I was blatantly lied to by a pushy sales guy trying to sell me Digital Life.

This store is different from many AT&T outlets, in that it is easily accessed, and usually not particularly busy. Those are the pluses. The minuses probably outweigh them. The personnel are unfortunately sullen and have very little real useful information about the products they sell. They are not aware of «what they have in stock,» and will tell you that an item is available, only to inform you that«it has to be ordered» at checkout. As with all AT&T locations, it takes a STAGGERINGLYLONGTIME to get anything done. It’s impossible to bring it in at less than half an hour, and frequently it would go to an hour and more. Part of this is endemic to AT&T and not just this location.

Went to this store to put a sim card on an old iPhone 4s and a prepaid card for a temporary use. The young guy working their first quoted me $ 45 for the card and another 25 for sim card and activation fees. Then he found out that I have a mobile share plan, so he added it to my account, and since I brought the phone, there’s no contract with this line and I can cancel it whenever I want. This guy saved me $ 55, just by being honest. Thumbs up.

I went into my local AT&T store to purchase a phone charger and to turn in my phone for a possible rebate. I recently had a very disappointing experience at a store in West Hollywood so I was prepared for the worst. What i received instead was excellent customer service and a compassionate and caring ear. I have to commend Robert Flores for his impeccable people skills and ability to make sure that each customer in the store was cared for and attended to. I would definitely return to this store and ask for Robert to personally assist me. He is a gem. Thank you Robert for changing my mind about keeping AT&T as my service provider!

If this is the location that recently moved from next to Tikka Grill to next to Michael’s, then read this review before they take advantage of you. I went there to get an Apple Lightning to USB cable, which as many know, is $ 19.99 retail almost anywhere you go. It is a must-have accessory if you want to charge your iPad/Mini or iPhone 5, and its just a 3-foot cable. The price they charge for this accessory is $ 70, which is $ 50 more than retail. I knew that this was an absolute rip off because I worked at an Apple Store before and had just purchased the same cable at Best Buy a week earlier for $ 19.99. Think about all of the people who have come in here to buy a phone for themselves, their kids or grand kids that they ripped off due to their lack of knowledge. Who knows what else they do this with. Don’t go here.

I was just near this store and was completely grossed out by the staff behavior. A woman who works there — I don’t know her name — was smoking outside, right next to the door, and yelling curse words loudly in her conversation to other employees. She didn’t seem angry but the yelling and cursing was completely inappropriate. There is a kid’s art school RIGHTNEXTDOOR and I can only imagine they are smelling the cigarette and hearing the curse words. I don’t know this lady’s problem but she should be embarrassed for herself, and AT&T should be embarrassed to have her in their uniform.

Went in to upgrade my phone during lunch since I was going to get some grub from Z-Pizza next door. I had a few questions since AT&T had changed the billing policies since my last phone. Andy Mendez was the sales guy I spoke with and he let me know what things would be grandfathered in(unlimited data plan) and which would not($ 5/month texting plan) Quick and easy, I left with a new iPhone 4S and a new contract signed in blood stating that I am AT&T’s bitch for 2 more years.
