I would highly recommend this for someone looking for a quick fix or for a little extra help in areas that are stubborn. It really works! Lost a total of 12 inches after 7 treatments. For me, I needed a quicker fix. I recently had a baby, I’m in my sisters wedding tomorrow. Usually working out and eating healthy would be my go to way to lose weight however i couldnt take the baby to gym until she was 6 months old and I can cut too many calories for nursing purposes so I thought I’d try this out and i am Happy I did my bridesmaid dress fits great, i didnt have to stress about getting to the gym when not having a sitter and still got results without affecting my ability to nurse. win win.
