The perfect combination of friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism! Andrea Harlan and her team were so wonderful helping us buy our house several years ago that when it came time to move to a different area, there was no question about who to contact to help us sell it. They helped us make the stressful process easier and even through tough personal times Andrea always kept making us feel like her top priority.
I agree with previous comments saying she always goes above and beyond. She truly does. We were actually very saddened we couldn’t have her help us buy our next house since it was out of the area, but she made sure to put us in touch with someone who could. We still missed having her, though! She is just that good!

Andrea is the BEST when it comes to buying and selling houses! My husband and I just recently moved from our condo of 12 years in Oak Park, to a beautiful new house in Simi Valley. Andrea went above and beyond to help us reach our goals. When we put our condo up for sale, she was very helpful with all of the staging and preparation. When we started getting offers pouring in, she worked hard to make sure we accepted the best offer. And when got into our new house search, Andrea and her colleague, Robin Hagey, were so patient and helpful, while we narrowed down to when we finally found our perfect house that we have now moved into! The timing for selling our condo and buying our new house worked our perfectly, and I very much owe it to Andrea and her team for all of their hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home!

Andrea is the best in the business. She’s served my family’s real estate needs for 7 years now. She sold our home and helped us find rentals on two occasions. We were so happy with her work that we used her to buy and sell my mom’s home. And we’ve referred her to at least half a dozen others, all of whom end up singing her praises. Seriously, if you haven’t had the opportunity to work with Andrea, you have no idea how awesome the buying and/​or selling experience can be. Her ultimate goal is to make her clients happy, and she goes above and beyond to make it happen. She never stops her continuing education, stays on top of the local market, makes sure her team members have the same standards and goals, and is a great communicator. Andrea is fantastic! This is the second time we have worked with her. The first time we worked with her she helped us find a rental property when we moved from San Jose to Thousand Oaks. Within a year we just worked with her again and she found us the perfect home. She is smart, hard working and she knows what she is doing. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed and used that to fund us our home. Every time we would ask her a question, she would give us an honest answer. We felt that she is someone who really had our back in the negotiation process when we bid on our home. She treated our money like it was her own money when we negotiated. She knows the area really well too. As we would go looking at houses she would point out things like schools, supermarkets, shopping areas, and trails that are nearby. This is valuable information when your are looking for a home and you are not familiar with the area. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for house.
