Prior to hosting my websites with Pixelgate, I knew the owner from a group about professional internet work and knew him to be an excellent, knowledgable, personable, helpful person. Still, I grilled him about the quality of his internet connections, his connection redundancy, and security. Of course, you know I was impressed with all that because I opted to move to his company. It was a great move!

For example: One of my clients had email hosted with GoDaddy. Her 1^st 3 addresses were fine but adding an allowable 4^th created nightmares. After spending over 12 hours trying to deal with the GD shortcomings and contradictory «support» solutions, we moved her email hosting to Pixelgate. That was years ago and she has never had a single problem with her email since!
My own domain is mission critical for me and others. We need reliable hosting and people that we can trust.
