Stuart came very highly recommended from a couple of the top agents in the area. He still managed to exceed my expectations. He not only does the most thorough inspection you will ever see, but teaches you along the way. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not hire him to do your home inspection.

I recently purchased a condo in Thousand Oaks and hired Stuart to inspect my property. He was thorough and gave me local referrals for various types of businesses I might need in the future.
However he leaned on my towel holder and it came loose off the wall. Then he proceeded to pull the holder off the wall and created a hole in my wall. He blamed it on poor installation. Which in fact was true, the towel rack was poorly installed, but he pulled it off the wall and left me with a hole in my wall! He didn’t offer to fix it, or discount me on the $ 385 it cost to have him inspect my property. I will not recommend him to anyone I know.

We have hired Stuart for two home inspections and were highly impressed both times with his thoroughness and attention to detail. His report was easy to follow and a wonderful reference to use down the road when we have a question about home maintenance. After his inspection, Stuart patiently explained each point in his report and included several photos to refer back to later. In addition, when we had questions about a repair a few weeks after the inspection, Stuart was easily accessible and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Stuart and Inspect-Rite. Stuart Glazer from Inspect-Rite conducted the home inspection for me on a house I am in escrow on to purchase. I was very impressed by him and his service.
Stuart is incredibly professional, amazingly thorough, and also friendly and easy to work with. His report was the most detailed home inspection report I’ve seen and went into every little detail as well as a good explanation of what things mean in layman’s terms. He took the time to sit down with us and go over each and every point and make absolute sure we understood everything.
I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Stuart to anyone who needs a really good home inspector.
