Having dinner nearby with family I wanted to browse, The young lady Astrid was very knowledgeable and sweet: I know she knew I wasn’t buying that day but still treated me with the upmost professional & was vey helpful. I know what I’m buying next time I pop in. This is the kind of staff that brings me back to GNC. Thank you.

Best prices on all your supplements and vitamins the young lady is very knowledgeable and knows the benefits to each ingredient in all the products I was interested in, she deserves to be in a management role!!!

I called up this store this morning, to ask if they had a specific product. They said they did, but I had a few other questions to ask about the product in general. The manager of the store couldn’t care that I had other questions. She was so eager to get me off the phone, and basically hung up on me. I called back and expressed my disappointment with the manager, and her only excuse was a less than polite. «I have a lot of other customers in my store, and I don’t have time for this» I WAS going to be a paying customer at her store. In fact, I was going to drive right over to get said product. But because this manager was so rude to me, I will never go back to that store again.
Guess I’ll take an extra 15 minute drive to go and speak with someone who’s more professional, and actually has the time to answer my questions.

I found the staff to be knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Although it is expensive, I like GNC as the one stop shop for my exercise supplements.
