Dave & Anne-Marie’s made our house hunt in the Conejo Valley a pleasure and a wonderful learning experience. There are so many complexities in the process, and Dave knows them all and guide us through the traps and potholes with expertise and candid advice. Anne-​Marie is a joy to go house hunting with, not the least her good taste and humor, and Soleil, their office manager, is helpful and efficient. I am so glad that I got the best real estate representation possible. Fortunately for me, they are experts in the exact area I’m looking in, but I would work with them anywhere in LA. Dave teaches Real Estate at Keller Williams and can write a few textbooks of his own. If you are going to spend your life savings, why not choose the best team to help you through it?

What can one say about Dave, April, and the entire Dave Walter team? That they made our complex, multi-​state sale not only possible, but flawless? That they followed through on every detail? Dave Walter and his team were exceptional to work with on the purchase of our home in North Ranch. I recently had to deal with the stressful issue of selling my property in Thousand Oaks … my problem was compounded by the fact that I lived in Colorado! After a bit of research I decided to meet with 3 realtors on a visit to CA in January 2015. I met with Dave first — and that was it, I was sold almost at hello. Dave Walter has great natural charisma exuding absolute honesty and professionalism. His past sales record is certainly testament to this.
Dave had already done his homework on my property; delivered a very professional roadmap as to his sales process; guaranteed in essence, if I left everything to him — I would be satisfied. And so, I signed on the dotted line.
We began to prepare the property in February. While in Colorado I received regular progress updates. Nothing was done without my prior approval — and we flew through the painting, the carpets, the repairs (some small; some a little more); the housecleaning and through it all, I never felt more pampered, if you could say that (lol!) while writing checks! I was confident not only in the work but the pricing Dave was able to deliver was beyond compare.
In less then 30 days we were ready (!) and went live with the MLS; in the first 24 hours I got my first offer — a full bid offer! If that wasn’t enough, in 3 days, there were two more! Short story even shorter we just closed.

Selling a house is very stressful and emotional. We were newbies with the process and what needs to be done is daunting. The Dave Walter team guided us through the experience whole and intact.
The Dave Walter team, composed of Dave, Jenny, and Talia, was terrific. We listed our home 2 weeks after the Amgen layoffs were announced and selling a house in Dos Vientos in two months, which is what they did, was no small feat.
To start with, the team provided us with boxes to start boxing up our stuff. They provided us with a water jet cleaner to wash off our patio. They referred us to a contractor to fix up some of the stuff that needed fixing. They set up and PAID for window cleaning (which had never been washed in 13 years), carpet cleaning, whole house cleaning, professional photography for the fliers, and all internet advertising. They hired and even paid for ½ of the touch up painting that was needed.
Once our house was ready to show, the team had an open house every weekend for 5 – 6 consecutive weeks. We did have to lower the price, but this sage advice resulted in getting multiple offers.
Once the house went into escrow, the team helped clear up contingencies and promptly forwarded us the mountain of paperwork via the online service docusign which I believe allowed us to close on time.
