I’m very happy with Steve and his efforts in making sure my needs were met. An A+ property management company.

I was renting one of Stephen Glassman’s properties for almost two years. Everything was great while we were there, we paid everything on time. However, when it came time to leave and we gave 30 days notice it was not honored. Stephen charged us for an extra week that we weren’t at the property. When paying at the beginning of the month I asked if we should pay less since we were leaving. Stephen said to pay the full amount and he would reimburse us, I ignored the red flags but shouldn’t have. He of course never paid us the money. Stephen Glassman stole over $ 600 from me I wonder how much he has stolen in his career.

I have been using CB Property Management for 2 months and I can’t say enough good things about their service. I was so wary of renting out my home but I must say they have made the process so painless I am thrilled I did. They take care of everything and are incredibly proactive in handling tenants. They are very customer centric and are always willing to assist in any way they can. Completely worth the money!

Steve Glassman and his staff are number ONE in my book, very responsive to my needs and concerns. Mr. Glassman has been managing my rental property for at least 3 years. I have nothing but complements about the professionalism, quick response and being available at all times. If I am to purchase another property for rent, CB Management will be managing again. I have used CB Property Management to handle my investment property. They have always been very professional and have kept me up to date of any issues with regards to the property.
While financing another property, I contacted CB Property Management to e-​mail me the necessary documents requested to close escrow. The requested documents were in my in-​box within the hour.
Whenever something broke or needed to be updated, I was notified right away and was able to make an informed decision. The tenants seemed very pleased with CB Property Management as a result of their quick response to their needs.
The rent has been paid promptly for the past four years and has left me with no regrets in hiring CB Property Management. I have recommended their service to my friends who also have several income properties and will continue to do so.

CB Property has been very supportive to my family during some of the most difficult times. I’m proud to say that about a management company cause there are some companies that really don’r give a Sh**T and I most say Steve does care within his bound about caring for the tenets and property owners needs. I’m shocked by the negative reviews but hey one can’t always please everybody and some people have some outrageous request. Best to you Steve and your Staff!

I have been using CB Property Management to manage my rental condo for four years. During that time, I have found Steve Glassman to be nothing less than professional, helpful and he always goes above and beyond for his clients. He is always available, returning emails and phone calls promptly. Recently I needed a document from Steve, and he promptly emailed it to me even though it meant he had to work after hours. If you are a property owner and want someone to take care of you, Steve is that person. Numerous times I have mentioned that he takes the hassle out of leasing for the property owner, and I have NEVER regretted hiring him. In fact, I don’t think I would continue to be any kind of landlord without Steve Glassman and CB Property Management. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
