Hampton Spa

Maria was my MT and she gave an awesome massage. I didn’t tell her I issues with my shoulder but she found the area and work on it extra long. I didn’t have any problems with the facility or the location. I plan on going back.

My husband & I both recently went after I bought a coupon for this place on Groupon. We went on different days (have a toddler at home!) and had different therapists. We both really liked our massages. I would go as far to say that it is one of the best massages I have ever had! My therapist definitely knew what she was doing.
The place is small — «cottage» would be a fair description, and it is located right off montauk hwy. Yes, you can hear traffic and there was some issue w/​their music while I was there, but to me these were really minor things, especially considering my massage was great.
The place is really clean and also smells really good right when you walk in — a definite plus! and from what I could tell there were at least 3 treatment rooms.
Yes I did see the part on the questionnaire indicating that the massage was therapeutic and not sexual — but this didn’t bother me at all. I bet more than a few therapists deal with jerks who expect more than a massage — and I think this is really for their benefit.
Overall, I would absolutely go back. The place was clean, my massage therapist was professional and the massage was great!

I was a little nervous after Sandy O’s review but the tiny no sexual impropriety mention on the new customer form was nothing. Yes it is a «cottage» and yes you can hear the cars (Hampton Spa, you should play soothing music in each room to drown out the noise from the road and the hallway). I’ve had better massages and I’ve had worse, at more than double the price. For the Groupon price of $ 45 or the discount of $ 25 off any service currently offered, you really can’t go wrong. Very reasonable for the Hamptons. I would gladly support a local business and go back. I wish them luck.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage after seeing their services advertised on
. They were very helpful when making the appointments over the phone and communication via e-​mail. I was skeptical about this place because I had never heard of it before and the website didn’t have any actual pictures of the spa.
When we arrived, I was shocked to see that the spa is a small cottage /​ranch house in an area that is mostly residential rather than commercial. When entering the house, it had a wonderful spa-​like scent. The wood floors creaked under your feet and there was no one at the desk to greet you.
After a few minutes, a woman came to the desk and gave us new customer cards to complete. They were the normal standard questions until we flipped to the backside to acknowledge that we were not receiving a sexual massage. I have never seen that on a customer card before! It made me think that we were in one of those «no tell massage parlors» that get busted for sexual acts. SUSPECT!
I didn’t really feel comfortable and was thinking about leaving but my hubby still wanted to stay for our couples treatment. He was booked for a deep tissue and I was booked for a hot stone massage. The couples room they led us to was so tiny! The beds were less than a foot apart, there was a tiny trailer type window in the room that was covered in white paper. You could hear every car on Montauk Highway.
Despite the atmosphere, my husband loved his massage. He said she really worked out his tight muscles and stretched him out. I didn’t enjoy mine as much because my hot stones didn’t come out until about 30 minutes into my massage and his therapist kept bumping into me because there is not enough space between the beds.
I don’t think this is a place that I would ever go back to. Although they were very friendly, it just isn’t a very professional place and it was hard to relax with the traffic noise and lack of room.
