The clothes are so cute in here and quite reasonable! Who would ever think paper store and clothes? The clothes are very fashionable and I got a cute pair of sandals in the summer and got lots of comments.

I went in trying to do something very last-minute, and the women here were happy to be accommodating. They let me sit at the back table and write for a few minutes on the paper I purchased. Very kindly she also let me have some paperclips. For someplace that is called the paper store, I was surprised at how little paper they actually sell. Much of the store is gifts, like purses and even some women’s clothing. But at least the paper and stationery they sell is nice. I thought they had a good selection of sets.

When in after Christmas to return a gift. I was treated very nicely, not like a parasite. Totally refreshing. I browsed and browsed looking for a replacement gift and was asked if I needed help while browsing… again, something I like to have happen. I would go back again to spend my real money.

Westford Valley Market Place has a new addition: The Paper Store, which now occupies a space that had been vacant for years. This store is exactly like the five other Paper Stores within a 10-mile radius: Acton, Bedford, Nashua, N. Chelmsford, and Billerica. Not sure why there are so many in such close proximity, but I hope they don’t go the way of Krispy Kreme donut locations. Not like this is a Starbucks, which goes by the mantra: the more, the merrier. The Paper Store is no Starbucks. As expected, this and the other locations feature lots of quilt bags, gifts, candy(bagged jelly beans, chocolate, etc.), curios, Bandz rubber bracelets, greeting cards, toys, costume jewelry, pens, and — wait for it — PAPER, but not so much paper. Stuff seems pretty pricey. I’ve only purchased a few cards here, and I only do so when I’m in a rush or when I can’t get to the ½-price card store about 6 miles away(which coincidentally moved from the Westford Valley Market Place about a month before The Paper Store arrived).

Your typical paper store. Since it’s brand new, you walk in and the place feels spotless. It’s pricey, but I can appreciate the newly released paperbacks section and some neat and funny items if you’re looking for a gift. Staff was very nice to me.
