Very good work, GREAT mechanic.
I fancy myself a pretty good shadetree, but I know when I’m in over my head and Jim bails me out every time. And the important part is, he knows when a job is not worth doing, too, and will tell you that straight up instead of doing a job that’ll cost more than the car is worth.

If you’re new to the area, THIS is the mechanic you want. BOTTOM LINE: he knows his stuff and is an expert, his prices are fair, he’s honest, and he treats you like a neighbor.
I used to live in the area and went here (to Jim). I moved to Boston years ago, have tried numerous mechanics in the metropolitan area, and have never found anyone as good as Jim. So I STILL drive all the way to Jim to have my car serviced.
