This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts in the world. During peak hours, the line is regularly to the door. Despite the line, only two or three people are actually working, while another two or three mill about the back room. It seems like they try to save time by splitting the work of preparing one order among each person working. It usually takes at least two people to make a single cup of coffee. Any time saved doing this is lost because they do a poor job of communicating. If you’re in a hurry, go to the location at the Shell station down the road.

This dunkin is the worst. They always close early at night, before their posted hours, mess up my order almost every time, and one male clerk likes to hit on me heavily every time he’s there, despite my obvious discomfort and wedding band. Go to the one by the Market Basket — much better. I’ll be going there from now on.

Busy place even on the weekends and have had nothing short of friendly interactions with the staff

Dunking donuts is not a high salary job but for any job the staff should have a smile and not show obvious signs of agitation, furthermore this place is not the place to go if you want service.
