Retail side of the costume shop has closed. Left with unopened, unused merchandise that cannot be returned. Told, by phone, that nothing is returnable. What kind of store doesn’t do returns or doesn’t stand behind their merchandise? I guess one that’s closed! Can’t comment on their party supply side.

This should be your absolute last resort. Although the selection is decent, merchandise is overpriced. Some things are doubled in price from what I saw last night. The reason for 1 star is this: last night bought gloves for my kid to go with her Halloween costume; Halloween parade is today (elementary school). We came home and saw that they are gigantic and shapeless — literally my 2 arms can fit into one, let alone kid’s hand. I ran out to a local pharmacy and got kids gloves (a whole set w/​beads, headband, for a fraction of what I paid just for gloves at the party stop). So I called first thing in the morning today to see if I can return the gloves since they are useless to us, but was told their policy is NO RETURNS/​NO EXCHANGES/​ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I don’t think it’s fair, given that we obviously didn’t use the item. I will not be using that place again.

I will make this quick because I don’t wish to divulge the purpose of my visit to this place (it’s PG… actually G rated so get your mind out of the gutter).
– An enormous selection of costumes… I mean 4k+…extensive.
– Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
– Two floors (top is costumes, bottom is accessories i.e. party favors.)
– You want personalized service, don’t go to Party City (cause they suck), go here.
– You can also reserve tents and misc items for your party.
– Prices are not too bad and your rental isn’t just for one day. Why buy when you can rent.
Ample parking.
Only downside is they close at 5:30 during the week except Thursdays… but they are open on the weekends.
