Great service. The owner will sit with you and explain everything you need to know. Stands behind what he sells.
I bought my leaf blower and snow blower here. He talked me out if buying unnecessary accessories for the leaf blower, and talked me out of buying a snow blower model that far exceeded my needs.
The staff is also helpful and courteous. The brought the equipment out to me, explained how to start and use it, how to winterize it and helped me get it in my car. All in al a great experience.
And yes, it is a small business and you may need to wait to get service. That’s because they are busy, and they’re busy for a reason.

Trying to find a part for my Honda generator so I called The Eardley T. Petersen Co. Guy says he is with a customer and asks me to call back in 20 minutes. I understand it is a small business and call back later. Guys tells me to hold a minute which turns into ten minutes before I decide to hang up. I can’t believe a place which offers poor service can survive in Westfield. Go elsewhere.
