Staples Office Superstore sits out along Route 20 (East Main Street) in between the towns of Westfield and West Springfield, Massachusetts. The town of Westfield is going through a major downtown redevelopment project which means that there are plenty of empty storefronts in this one-​time prosperous mill town situated along the banks of a tributary to the Connecticut River, but thankfully there also some prosperous section of town. The outdoor shopping district along Rte. 20 is one of those areas where you’ll find signs of a thriving economy with lots of big box retail options.
Staples sits in the middle of this shopping district, and it’s nice to be able to run out at lunchtime to pick up a few replacement office supplies. The clerks in this store are super friendly, and the store was extremely well-​stocked, which made the whole shopping experience very pleasant.
