I am extremely disappointed with this company. Although the support staff is friendly and seemingly knowledgeable, Ossip has failed to deliver on any time frame they have quoted me. I have been a patron for two years and not once have my glasses or contacts come in on time. As I’m trying to settle into a new prescription, I’ve had multiple samples to try as of late, and have been without a reliable right contacts since August of 2011. It is now February of 2012, and I have been waiting on the most recent pair since my last visit on January 3^rd. The office is extremely close to where I live, but I will likely not be returning to Ossip for any future exams. A mediocre experience at best, and certainly not worth the price point.
