I called on a Monday to have my locks re-​keyed on the following Thursday afternoon. (The day I was closing on first home.) Spoke to a young man who has very helpful on the phone and made the appointment. I even called to confirm the appointment on Thursday morning.
The appointed time comes and goes — I call the store to see what’s going on: they had FORGOTTEN our appointment! To their credit, they offered us an appointment for the next day — same time… but needless to say, our business went elsewhere. Very disappointing experience during a stressful time.

I love this shop. I’ve used them for both key services and mower repair. I have an older Honda mower that cut out during idle so I brought it in. They had it back to me in a couple of weeks, fully functional. They even replaced the pull cord and fixed the self-​propel; I didn’t ask them to do that for fear it would have cost an arm, leg, and more, to repair, but the entire job ended up being much less than I expected. Professional and courteous – will be back.

The guys who work there pretty cool and I like seeing them interact with themselves and customers. However, duplications of God for my keys leave much to be desired. I made a copy of a key for my classroom door last year and had to replace it six months later. Almost a year later, and I need to replace it again. Just like the first time, it snapped off in the door. I get the key copied and on my way to my car I’m able to snap it with one hand. I didn’t go back in or anything, instead I look up another locksmith. I really want to go to these guys and I always leave work in a rush to make it before they close, but I can’t see spending $ 5 on this key.
