They keep the tea behind the counter so you need to ask for it. They have recently started to not give your cup until the food arrives. The drinks are expensive here unlike most McDonald’s where they are $ 1.00

Milton, WI
I go through the drive through almost every Friday night as I travel north on HWY 39. This McDonald’s gets my order correct about 30% of the time. The Coke mix is off, and there is usually a wait for your food. I have filled out the receipt surveys, leaving my phone number and have yet to receive a call. Last week, I tried to get the manager to fix my order, she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. So, why do I keep punishing myself? Because the place is easy on, easy off from the Highway, though I am considering stopping in Portage.

If I could give a «no star» review, I would! This is hands down the WORST experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. The manager Tracy was rude, sarcastic, unprofessional and out of line. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. She needs to be fired!

It’s McDonalds, it was fine, lots of parking, clean bathrooms, across from the cute playground/​little pond, lots of gas stations around. Not really much else to say about McDonalds. Stop by the Amish shop across the way.

They have the WORST customer service than any other fast food place! They treat you like crap!!!
Food is sloppy!
If you care about customer service and better food, go across the street and eat at Burger King!

West Richland, WA
Normally I don’t rate fast food. Meh.
But when Mickey-D’s is the only good Wi-​Fi hotspot in 20 miles, I’ll give it a go. It’s free and pretty fast. It’s reliable, and that’s enough for me to use it.

Restrooms are generally clean and location is, well, typical. Reason for review: let the world know about WI-​FI on this Wisconsin turf.
