Lady Bug Pest Services

I was very disappointed with this company. I had changed over to them from another pest control company and went with the annual service contract. They came the first time and there after I had to keep calling them to schedule my quarterly service. It was supposed to be the other way. I decided to go with them a second year. Bad move. I have no record of them coming to the house at all for that year and I never called them to schedule. They probably owe me money. They called recently to renew and sent me a contract in the mail. It went in the trash. I do my own sprays and prevention now. I even remember one of their technicians telling me that they couldn’t touch or remove another pest company’s mouse bait and just left it there. I don’t know how true that is.

Signed me up for an annual contract and never called to make the follow-​up service appointments.

I am generally not willing to post a review, but I gave Lady Bug 5 stars and it is well deserved. They have been quick to respond, honest, and effective.
They have gotten us out of a mess with a raccoon that had already delivered 5 babies, and often come and deal with the yellowjackets that find stinging me to be so much fun.

I had a carpet beetle nightmare. They were all over my bedroom. They came and let me know it was normal, it’s also worth noting they did come in the late afternoon to fit my schedule. They told me they only should have to spray once, I even asked if I needed more treatments and they said probably not. That’s why they get 5 stars when given the option to charge me for more unnecessary sprayings they were honest with me. I have been carpet beetle free for a month now!

Early in the summer season, we realized our dog and cat had contracted fleas (i’m guessing from our vet’s office). The team at Lady Bug Pest worked with us continuously until they were all gone! Alex and Ashton really came to our rescue. Many thanks to everyone at Lady Bug! I also use Lady Bug Pest at my place of business on a regular monthly basis and they are always helpful and very thorough. I’d highly recommend them to all!
