Comcast is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are sneaky with price increases, and don’t honor their contracts, but expect you to honor your half. Waiting on the phone is horrible, and going to this location is a circus.
I had a defective box. It took a month for them to confirm it was defective, after fully resetting my cable like 3 times. Then I went to this place to exchange and it took 40 minutes in line.

I had to return a defective cable box. I went to the Westfield Comcast store to do this. There were only two service people working at the desk and there was quite a line. I must say that they handledThe line very well. A gentleman came out from the back and helped people who were just there to pay their bills to use an automated kiosk to pay their bills. The customer service person who waited on me was very pleasant and efficient. She did not seem to be overwhelmed by the crowd. She handled my transaction in a timely manner. My only complaint is that they should have more people at the service desk
