Do not shop here I am not easily scammed but was here. I brought an old phone just for them to help me switch it to my account. They CHANGED the password so it could not be used but told me that it was outdated and just died right there on the spot. Suggested that i purchase a new phone only 75 $ paid in full (I remember asking this specific question) Then next bill I have 24 payments until a 599 $ phone paid off. Will be calling better business in morning and then verizon directly. I dont believe verizon will keep this place open for long if they have any control over it. I wish I knew it was not a verizon authorized dealer.
