Tim Hortons

This Tim Horton’s is close to home, so we visit a few times a month. I typically will stop here if I have a meeting that needs breakfast food. I once walked in and ordered a bunch of breakfast food — about 3 dozen donuts, and 2 dozen bagels. The lady working the register seemed to be confused when I placed my order, because I needed these items split up into 2 different orders. 1 dozen donuts and 1 dozen bagels, then 2 dozen donuts and 1 dozen bagels. Things got confused.
The manager was NOT happy I had suddenly come in to place my order, and seemed flustered that a large quantity of his stock was going all at once, which I understand. The last time I was in there, I did place my order over the phone the day before so this wouldn’t happen again. The manager also yelled at my husband waiting out in my car for me once for where he was waiting (next to the side door) and told him he had to park. It was a quick in and out, not sure why he was so upset about that — we weren’t blocking anything.
I haven’t seen that manager lately, though. I try to avoid this location mainly because of him.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I am so impressed how fast I got through the drive through and the food was perfect! I was nervous to try this Tim hortons out because of the other reviews but it was great and whoever was at the window handing me my food was so nice. He was being super positive saying «keep it up guys we are doing great!» It’s nice to see people keeping their cool even when they’re busy. You guys are awesome!

I usually don’t write reviews even when I’m unhappy with a service, but this location deserves it. They missed up my order 4 times. They are by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too.

Each time I have been to this location they have not had any or not enough of the donuts I tried to order.

My Gawd this place sucks. Come on people its simple donuts, bagels and coffee. The people there are horrible between 7am –9am. cant seem to be able to run the cash register that has the pictures of the food on it
They always seem to be «training» someone new and then they screw up then there is 5 people waiting in line
Hate to say it but i went to Mc D’s and the service and food where good
Its a shame i drive by the Tim Hortons in New Albany on 62 and the one on Sunbury Road and they both SUCK.
Seems like kids working at both and managers are un available
