Delicious food. Their wines were also very good. I was impressed with the food quality and taste. Even their dessert was delicious. I will definitely return. I was there for a rehearsal dinner so I’m not sure about the service but the food was amazing.

I would like to thank everyone at The Wine Bistro. Tonight I organized a surprise 25 Wedding Anniversary Dinner for a small group of 14. The waitress, Abbey exceeded our expectations. On Friday I met with the manager and discussed my arrangements(wines, appetizers, the time I wanted them served and the time I wanted the dinner menus brought out). Not only did Abbey fulfill my request, but she also found time to take group pictures, made sure we didn’t run out of wine and water. Also, some in our party is gluten free and they allowed us to bring in dessert. It’s hard to have four people go to dinner and all rave about their meal. But, all in my party left happy and satisfied. The shrimp risotto is fabulous, as well as the crab cakes, glazed salmon and filet and bleu flat bread(I could go on). Thank you, my friends loved their surprise.

Loved this place! Eclectic wine bar with great food. Ambiance was great and the food was outstanding. We had the Meatball appetizer(yum) and Tuscan popcorn For dinner I had a nice salad with salmon, and my friend had the French onion soup and crab cakes. All were flavorful. We had a chocolate pudding/mousse for dessert. It was dark chocolate and rich. Decadent! Would for sure go back and try more of the menu

Ehh. This was my second visit to this location. Took our dad for Father’s Day. We were the first group in the restaurant. Followed quickly by four other groups. We were the last to get our food. 75 minutes from being seated and getting our meal. Not acceptable. When the food did arrive, it came staggered, my husband was done with his sandwich before I got my soup and flatbread. No kids menu. We were told they could adapt anything for the kids. So we tried grilled cheese. She got cheese on a hamburger type bun. Slightly warmed, definitely not grilled. $ 7. French onion soup was ok. My flatbread was more like a flat cracker it was so crispy but that may be personal preference. I want to like this place, but just can’t. On the other hand, we had a great experience at the one in Clintonville. The fondue was great and so was the service.

Great evening, pretty good food, great service. However, the smoker on the patio killed it for many.

We recently went for the first time with friends. It as happy hour and we thought, great! House wine five bucks. A couple of appetizers were on special but in reality they were not really a good deal. Wine good, the apps were tasty but the whole visit was terribly over priced. Two glasses of wine, a flat bread pizza and two meatballs, 40 bucks before tip… Not a good value.

The place is very cute, has good flatbreads, and good service. Didn’t have dinner there, only flatbreads during a meeting there in one of their rooms.

Disappointed this time. Usually enjoy. Obviously short on staff. Waited to get served and when our order never came we gave up and left for another place.

Food quite pricey for what you get, but was good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, a bit slow on the food and drink followup, by the glass wine selection not as extensive as you might thing. Food portions should be bigger.

My boyfriend and I loved our experience at the wine bistro. Our server Gabe was amazing, so nice. We had the fondu appetizer, it was awesome. The purple cheese scared us at first but it was so delicious. By the time i got my flat bread i was already pretty full, but still wolfed. Half of that down. Great place.

I have been to multiple Wine Bistro’s throughout the city but this was my first time at this particular location. It is much bigger than the other locations I have been and has ample seating. We went early in the evening so there weren’t many people there but as we left it started filling up. On Monday and Tuesday, there is no corking fee for the wine so you only pay a flat rate for the bottle of wine you select. I love that they have the wine selection displayed into categories, whether you are looking for a specific origin or red, white, Malbec and others. Food, although a bit on the pricier side, always comes out very well prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and if they don’t know about a particular wine, they are able to easily find out more information. It’s a great place to go whether you’re meeting a friend or going on a date. You will feel comfortable in casual clothes, but it’s best suited to dress up a little.

Large variety of wines! My husband is more of wine lover but they had great apple cider sangria for me last two times we have been. Steak/mushroom bruschetta is AWESOME! Tried salmon last time and wasn’t fan but husband had short ribs and that was very good. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Fun place to meet friends or have party.

My wife and I went here for a rare date night(one year old at home!) and weren’t really all that impressed. Our appetizer, the mini prosciutto-wrapped mozz balls, were not that bad. But the prosciutto didn’t feel fresh. I had a flatbread which was ok, but was overpriced and didn’t have as many toppings as similar items I’ve had other places. My wife enjoyed her meal but it wasn’t memorable. We both tried wine flights, which we enjoyed, but with only 3 tastes for $ 14 it seemed a little steep(Same price or less at Wine Guy for 4 tastes with larger pours). Overall, it was ok, but when our bill was $ 76, we didn’t feel like we had a good experience or will be quick to return. I guess when you don’t go out as much anymore you really want it to be special when you do!

Why do I come here?! This is probably my 5th visit and the service is always terrible. Should a party of 8 wait 20 minutes for the next bottle of wine?!

I had chicken thigh in saucy gravy stuff and husband had braised short ribs. It was crazy busy since it was a Friday early evening so we ended up sitting on a bar stool at a communal table. My back hurt from sitting so long but I wasn’t slamming down the wine as others at the table were. It took almost 40 minutes for our food and both dishes seemed to have been just microwaved. My husbands had distinct cold spots. Ick. This seems more like a pickup joint for the divorced 50 year olds who still do lots of drinking. We might give it another try during the week.

After going to the Lane Avenue location for over a year my husband and I decided we would have our rehearsal dinner at the Wine Bistro in Westerville since our wedding was in Westerville. We were astonished by the food and service we received for our event. They closed off a private room, gave us private patio space, our own bartender and two servers. We could not have asked for more. Our guests made numerous remarks about how much they loved the food and the restaurant was a great place to hold our dinner. Thanks so much to the helpful staff!

The four or five bites of food I had was okay, but not for the price. After debating whether or not to order a $ 12 strawberry cocktail, I caved and ordered it. It came in what looked like about a 6 ounce glass and was half full, mostly of ice. It tasted watered down; definitely not worth $ 12. I had a crab cake appetizer that was about 3 bites, and half of a fondue appetizer that tasted just okay. That plus 2(bottled) beers, and my bill was $ 50. The service was okay, but nothing spectacular. While I wouldn’t claim to never come back, I certainly won’t rush to do so.

Great ambiance and service. The wine and appetizers pair well together if you’re not up for a full meal. It makes a great afternoon for girl time fun!

Nice surprise, wish they had one of these in Indy. Great wine selection, and pricing was fair compared to most restaurants(with 200% or more mark up). You walk around the restaurant and pick a bottle. This place is a better deal if you are buying higher priced wines since they have a $ 8 cork fee. Pricing is a touch higher than liquor store but like stated above much better than the average restaurant. Food is also great. I had the beef short ribs with mushroom risotto. Highly recommend!

Great addition to the neighborhood! Westerville really needed a nice place for a great meal and a great glass of wine. The Wine Bistro fully delivers! Beautiful interior and talented, helpful staff! As the other locations, the crab cakes are wonderful. The duck could have had a crispier skin but was done properly on the inside and very tasty. The waiter made an excellent recommendation for a Pinot that fit in our budget. The cheesecake was warm and delicious. We will become regulars!
