Unbelievable saga!
These guys came out to fix a dishwasher and then an ice maker. The ice maker was in their shop for months. The charge was over $ 1200. They came out reinstalled it, broke a water line and did thousands of dollars of damage to the floor and ceiling below. We are still working with their insurance adjuster. Now the absolutely ridiculous part — neither the ice maker or the dishwasher work! That’s right, they didn’t even fix what they charged us for! They are simply out to lunch. Save yourself a big headache.

They have been out to fix my fridge and my oven. The tech’s are professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable. Their service alone has made my ABC Home Warranty worth it. They communicated when they would be there were quick to schedule when the parts required to fix my appliances were in. The tech’s always clean up after themselves and John was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Have been out to my condo 3 times to «fix» my fridge and dishwasher. They never call or show up when they say they’re going to and the items never get fixed. I have lost over $ 200 worth of groceries because of their lack of ability to fix the problem. (the last time I was told by one repairman that they guy before him hadn’t reconnected wires correctly. I’m fed up and cannot afford to keep losing groceries!!! Don’t hire them!!!
