hour long wait for a contact lens fitting follow up. why I am still attempting to purchase contacts from here after the office has not returned my messages, I don’t know. the frame selection is terrible and the optician’s multitasking leaves much to be desired. the glasses she offered to order in for me are idontknowwhere as I’ve not heard back from the office.
better off taking insurance benefits somewhere else.

Had to wait for an hour past my appointment start, before the fat lady behind the desk finally decided to start my exam instead of playing with her phone. The Dr. was okay i guess but seemed hurried to get me out of there ASAP.
Also charged me an extra 40 dollars for some pictures without telling me about them first… never again
