Been coming to this location for over a year and not very often. Food is normally ok when you get it. It’s the waiting that sucks. The service is always bad. Whether you’re waiting in the drive thru or inside. Obviously management is very oblivious to this since it still continues. Even more so the franchisee owner. While waiting for our food I saw 3 people come back inside because of wrong or missing food. This happens every time we dine in. One of the managers kept delivering food outside because they are taking too long. This location needs an overhaul. Internally it needs some attention in the dining area. Most of their chairs are missing. Booths need repaired and overall could stand a good cleaning.

This place is so hot and cold. Last time I went it was fine. However, today was a total disaster… and it wasn’t even noon yet. I always go through the drive-thru, because I have a toddler… It’s just alot easier!!! Right now they have the minions in happy meals and the monopoly game, so we have been frequenting here more than usual. Today was just disappointing. I always check the happy meal to make sure I don’t have a duplicate toy. I don’t want to pay that much for a duplicate… duh… Today they gave me one… only because they took my order wrong and tried to give me a regular chicken nugget meal when I clearly asked for a chicken nugget happy meal. I figured out what the issue was when I drove up to the pay window… They guys working in there were too busy talking about their night before. I mean, I don’t really care about that if you can take an order right… but if you can’t, maybe you should lay off the talky-talky. After that, the manager kind of treated me like it was my fault that he took my order wrong… which it wasn’t…but whatever… I am sure I will still go to this McDonalds since it is convenient, but on other days, I might stop at other stores if they are on my way home to avoid the too tired kids working here.
