Martinizing Dry Cleaners

I have been to this Martinizing before, I work at the building across the street, so it is very convenient, but this place is expensive, and I every time I leave wondering does the price justify the quality and convenience? I typically take bigger, regular bunches of laundry to the $ 1.99 cleaners up the road, but for some items that need to be rushed or are nicer clothes I have used Martinizing for the last year.
I had a completely unacceptable experience. I went to get one dress shirt PRESS ONLY. It cost me $ 5, there was no rush, so this was normal service. I stopped and asked the girl, «did you get the right item I had this press only» she replied, «yeah the press only is actually more expensive than getting the whole shirt cleaned, you should have asked first»
1) How is that even possible… Pressing it with an iron machine instead of laundering the shirt using water, detergent, and other ingredients THEN pressing it with said iron machine…
2) That customer service was less than exemplary
I guess this serves as a lesson to not be so lazy to get a shit pressed only
