I hadn’t cleaned my windows or screens in the 8 years that we’ve lived in our home, it just wasn’t on my list of things that I paid attention to while chasing 2 babies around.
Not only do my windows look absolutely amazing after having them cleaned, but my house looks cleaner and brighter!
The staff who cleaned my windows and screens were so efficient, polite and professional!

This is the first time I’ve left a Unilocal review but the K & T Window Cleaning service was so fabulous, I had to say something. Khris and Tracy took on my crummy, 55-​year-​old house windows that were a mess and hard to open. They now look fabulous. I can now welcome the sunshine because it no longer emphasizes the dirt! Khris and Tracy were very nice, efficient, reasonable in price and did a great job. They even tolerated my spastic dog. Thank you for the terrific service!

I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn’t believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did.
I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn’t get to the screens, and I couldn’t clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn’t happy with the end result. K&T’s price was so reasonable, especially considering all the hassle he saved us. We would highly recommend!
