The best nail salon in town! Very clean establishment and always friendly service! I get a gel mani every 3 weeks and will not go to any other salon. I am always pleased with my nails and often receive compliments from strangers. I love the atmosphere and positive energy. The interior is very cute and decorated in a modern style. I recommend this salon to everyone!

I was so happy to find this place! While visiting from out of state I decided to treat myself. Trying to find a good nail salon in a hurry is always a gamble. The staff was friendly and promptly took me back even thought the appeared rather busy. The atmosphere is relaxing and the tech did an amazing job on my nails, I am saddened that I now have to find someone else to do my nails.

I have been going to Gen Nails for about 2 yrs. It had been great. I repeat had been. I think Justin, Calvin, Mindy, Kim, and the Mother are great. Ever since Anita’s has started being the mgr the service has gone down. It is really nice to beautify an establishment, but when service, quality, and standards go down business suffers. I am not impressed with the new mgmt. The previous staff was great. They need to get standards and service up to par.

No waiting on a Saturday afternoon. Fast, friendly notice. Solid gel mani. Will definitely come back.

Yesterday was my 3^rd time there. I took my sister (visiting from Hawaii) because of my previous good experiences with Calvin. We got gel French tip manicures yesterday (09.28.15) and today, my sisters are already chipping! So we stopped in to ask for a small refund or at least a discount for the next visit (there won’t be one now!). The owner (woman) instead said «No refunds» even though there are no signs saying such a thing. Not only is my sister from out of town, but we also got pedi’s so we gave them a lot of business! At least give my sister $ 15 back (the cost difference between gel and regular polish manicures). I won’t be going back.

Quick and professional service. Nice salon and a nice variety of seasonal colors. They never make you feel rushed, consistently meets my expectations

There was a guy who did my pedicure. No clue what his name was as he did not converse with me. He was great at his job though. I loved that for $ 30 they did not skimp on anything. You get the whole pedicure including the scrub. I will definitely go back. No appointment needed. I showed up and was in a pedi chair 1 minute later.

A great nail salon! I got a French gel manicure. I was a walk in and they seated me in less than a minute. I originally went in for just a regular polish French manicure and they warned me that the white would chip a lot sooner than if it were gel. They were not pushy at all, but I decided to go ahead and do the gel. The nail tech paid such close attention to my cuticles, cleaning them up probably the best anyone ever has. I said my cuticle get calloused so easily and she found that it was because my nail grows toward my skin. It was just nice to see that she paid attention to what I was saying and she cared enough to go back and file my nails to help avoid them growing outward again. She also let me know that by paying with cash you got 5% off because my reason for not planning to get gel in the first place was money.
I have to say when I was in there, there was another customer who was just being sooo so particular about what she wanted. I am all for getting what you pay for, but she was taking this to a new level. I was so impressed with the nail tech for keeping her composure because I definitely wouldn’t have had handled the situation as well as she did. She was calm and did her best to do what the customer was asking for.
Overall this was a wonderful experience. I was in and out within 45min with a wonderful manicure. The place was clean and very welcoming as was the staff. There was hardly any language barrier at all. Definitely will be returning.

Great service! Everyone was really nice! Called and got in real quick for a full acrylic set on a Friday afternoon!! The place was cute and clean :) Lots of colors choices and she had no problem doing the design I wanted from Pinterest. Will definitely go back again!

I had gotten off work and decided I needed to treat myself to something nice. It’s been a while since I’ve had my nails done and I’ve been so busy that I wasn’t really able to find time for myself. I found this salon and went in for an acrylic full set. I walked in close to their closing time. Normally, I feel bad when I walk into places minutes before closing time. I apologized but the lady (Lynn) was so nice and she greeted me and told me not to worry. They took me right away. This guy did my nails and he was so sweet and he did an amazing job! I sent a picture to my aunt and she loved them! They were so beautiful! She even wants her nails done here too :) I’m definitely coming back here again :) probably going to get a pedicure next time I drop in. I’ll have to schedule an appointment next time and ask for the guy. Their prices are great! They’re also very clean and the building has beautiful décor! $ 27 for a full set! Great prices! :D Beats Penzones and OH Nails Spa! I’d highly recommend this salon!

Went today with my mom. What a GREAT PLACE! Veryyyy clean and they use sterilize utensils. The place is very cozy and decorated nice. We were a walk in and was able to get in right away. Justin did a phenomenal job. He listened to everything that I wanted and was very sweet. Mani/​pedi was $ 42.00. I HIGHLY recommend this place And I will be back! THANK YOU! Btw… Students get 5% off.

I’ve always been terrified of nail salons due to past experiences, but Gen nails has dissolved that fear. The staff is exceptionally nice, there’s no difficult language barrier, and the place is beautifully decorated as well as clean. I’m not sure about prices, since I’m not well versed in nail services, but I would say they are reasonable. I have gone a total of three times already and plan on returning whenever I want to have my nails done.
