Chocolaterie Stam – Westerville

I’ve had the chance (ie, I drove from Gahanna to Whoville in order to stop by, and also visit Java Central for their magnificent Apple Chai) to stop by again (and again and again), and sample several other wonders.
Chocolatalk; (always dark), the champagne bon bons are a treat, as are the orange, and the ginger bites quite taste/​tangy, as are their chocolate lemon strips. Very much worth it.
Several more gelatos have been tried and enjoyed; both the pistachio and salty caramel (both shown in a picture) are simply fantastic, smooth as silk and oh so nice. As mentioned before, the bowls… I’ve kept them all, along with their oh so nifty shovelesque spoons, and they are absolutely PERFECT for home consumption of gelato (and keeping portions proper).
I did not note this earlier, but they also have a nice little frequent buyer card, and Sundays are double punch day. Also, Summer hours! Extended time, beyond what’s listed on Unilocal; will take a pic next time and post.
