I lived here for about a year and a half only because I was in college and it was the closest to Otterbein and the least expensive around the area. After all that time, the management never remembered us, and every time we went into the office, they would ask if we were interested in an apartment, when we said «no» they said «are you moving out.» If that wasn’t bad enough, drug deals were a common occurrence at the entrance of the complex. The pool equipment would constantly be broken by other residents and they wouldn’t replace them. I know I’m only one person, but I would pay the extra for a different apartment complex, instead of moving here.
