This home health agency helped rehabilitate my elderly mom. They provided the utmost care and compassion while still delivering very professional medical service. I was truly impressed by their RN and PT staff that came… Also with Don who answered all my questions about the process and schedule of home care. They always kept me in the loop with any issues or concerns that arose. My mother fell recently and needed a lot of assistance that I could not always help with, especially since I work in downtown and my mom lives in the suburbs (Downers Grove). They nursed her back to a state where she is fully ambulatory and self sufficient again. Thanks to all those at MedCare HMC they truly are professionals there and top of the line in the industry.
