American Hearing & Balance

It was a stroke of luck that I found Keith at American Hearing and Balance. I had gone to House Institute for my regular check up, and they suggested that I needed a new pair of hearing aids. They cost $ 6,000. After wearing them for a few days, I discovered that my insurance company had a relationship with some hearing aid providers. American Hearing and Balance was nearby so I went there and met Keith. He got me the same hearing aids — they used the same molds that House had taken, so the process was very simple. The total cost was $ 4,200, plus there were a number of extras, like a device to allow me to listen to the TV through my hearing aids.
Keith was always available within a few days at most whenever I needed something, such as adjusting the frequency responses on the four options that the hearing aids had, or fixing the TV-​listening device. He spent as much time as needed to make adjustment that were satisfactory to me, and there were never any extra charges.
When my sister told me about a model that Bluetoothed from her phone to the hearing aids, I immediately went to Keith and ordered that model.
Again, his service was excellent. Since this was a new device on the market, he was not yet familiar with it. It had a lot of options, and we spent a lot of time tinkering with it to optimize its performance for my particular needs. This involved in a number of visits, as I tried out new settings in various environments and suggested further adjustments. I was always able to see him within a day or two.
When I lost one of the devices transferring from the hospital to a rehabilitation facility after back surgery, he brought the replacement hearing aid to me at the rehab, and set it up there.
I have rarely received such a level of service anywhere for any business. I highly recommend Keith at American Hearing and Balance.

American Hearing and Balance supply all the latest hearing aids. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been there several times getting supplies and fixing aids. My husband got amazing Widex Clear hearing aids here at a fraction of the cost that they sell them for in Beverly Hills. Keith is a very nice man and the after sales service is super.
