Change in ownership, time to update my review… Let’s face it, there’s a zillion other sandwich spots and deli’s in this neighborhood you would choose before Subway. Preferably ones that carry top quality and Boarshead deli meat’s am I right? That being said I would really only come here for a quick lunch break or if there’s some sort of incentive. I recently signed up for their text messages because they were offering bogo coupons. Basically you get a text saying what the offer is. You click on the link and then you wait to click redeem until you are at the register and from the point you click redeem you have 5 minutes to show it to the cashier otherwise it disappears. This system was implemented to prevent people from taking advantage and using screen shots and other methods to scam additional coupons. Now the fine print says these coupons are only valid at participating Subways yet never actually mentions which ones participate and there is no signing in the store stating they are or aren’t participating. I get to the register and try to use my bogo. The guy at the counter who I believe was the manager named Manish tells me they aren’t participating. Yet I explained to him I’ve already used these types of coupons at this particular Subway TWICE in the past and within a matter of weeks. He tells me that they haven’t been participating in about a month or so and the last person that accepted it must have made a mistake. My sandwiches were already made so it kinda put him in tough position so he said he would accept it this time but told me they won’t in the future. They also informed me that the owner of this restaurant ceased to accept these offers at all three of their locations(not that I know which ones they are). He said the reason is because they are loosing a lot of money on it. He wasn’t exactly rude but he wasn’t too nice about it either. Judging by how many people were patronizing the establishment the last few times I went there… they probably aren’t doing so well to begin with. There’s lots of competitors and then of course if people remember the past there was that whole yoga mat ingredient in the bread, and then of course the huge scandal about Jared.(OOOF!) These seem like really shady tactics if you ask me. Offer a deal then show up and the restaurant isn’t participating yet has no signage up about it and you have already clicked redeem so if you don’t use it you loose it and by that time you are already there and will likely just buy the sandwich anyway. Not cool Subway, not cool. Something needs to be done. Either you need to post a listing on your website that clearly states which locations ARE participating OR you need to have stores that aren’t be responsible and post some signage so the customer is aware beforehand. My previous review was four stars. This whole situation outlined above makes me drop it one star making it a three star review however I took off an additional star because I drove to work for literally 3 blocks and when I arrived my sub was as soggy as if someone dropped it into a swimming pool. Jeez, how much mayo is in this tuna? It’s more like tuna soup rather than tuna salad. I didn’t even ask for any additional dressings either.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to in MYLIFE!!! I sit here angry as hell as I write this because of the catastrophe they sold me as a sandwich! First off, the guy behind the counter was whispering in whatever language which noone could understand. Then gave an attitude as several people asked him to repeat what he was saying. Noone in line understood this guy. Then I get to my sandwich(steak and cheese) which had more sauce than meat. Need I say more??? HOWHARDCANITBETOMAKE A SANDWICH??? COMEON!!!
