Mario’s Pizzeria

There a quite a few different Mario’s that are around the area. And spending on where you are traveling to you probably want some pizza.
This particular location is probably one of the better places. Staff is courteous and are very prompt with orders whether you eat in or take out.
Some of the employees there work more than one job so I definitely I respect their hustle. They do whatever t takes to help the customer and as such they seem to have a lot of regulars that they greet by first name basis.
Definitely try out the pastas and the specialty slices. Come early for the fried dough. Their regular slices are very generous as well.
The Italian iced are good and if you are a cheesecake fan they have that as well for dessert along with certain alcoholic beverages.
Expect it to be busy during peak times.

I grew up in jericho eating Mario’s pizza. Super good without all that new pseudo gourmet yucky-​ness. Now I live in the mid west, (don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone) and wanted to send my mother back home a little thinking of you dinner. So I ordered from Mario’s online. It was super easy, and I was able to order all my mother’s favorites. From 1200 miles away, I was able order, pay the tab with tip and even schedule the delivery time. She loved every bite, and I was happily jealous. Thanks everybody at Mario’s pizza in Westbury.

I got garlic knots with a hair in them and when I told one of the guys he took it and brought it right back because he thought I asked to «reheat them». Then I took them up to the desk and asked someone else behind the desk and one of them goes «that hair wasn’t there YOU have long hair.» I was like yeah I have long highlighted hair not short black hair so… They took the knot off and reserved me the same plate. I could tell because they looked like coal by the time I got them back.
Honestly we’ve been coming here for a long time, order 30+ pies for store functions and after that experience I can’t recommend them as decent people to order from.
This place is riddled with kids that make you feel awkward for being there. They SUCK.

Love this place. My store «We fix phones» orders from here on the regular. I personally have been going to this location for the past 16 years and I never even lived in the area. My first job was across the street and everyday I went for a slice. Now my entire staff is a regular at Marios bc the Food is classic. You can order the same thing everyday for a week and it will always be fresh, always taste the same and always be delicious !! Keep up the the great work guys

They have a good selection of different types of pizza. We ordered a plain cheese slice & two slices with pineapple. They were good but nothing spectacular. The plain cheese slice is actually pretty cheesy. As for the pineapple topping, they were pretty generous with it. They gave us lots of pineapple chunks. They sell more than just pizza but all we got was just the pizza. Very spacious & clean, the service were great! The staff here are all very polite.

I went to JoAnns’s during my lunch hour, so I stopped in @ Mario’s for a slice. I wound up ordering a buffalo chicken slice. It was good, but in every place I ever ordered a buffalo chicken slice, they always put blue cheese dressing on it. So although. I love a good slice of buffalo chicken pizza. This one didn’t do it for me without the blue cheese. It wasn’t offered, & I didn’t ask, I just assumed they would. So it was just meh!

Best chicken ceaser salad of any pizza place in area. Orders are ALWAYS correct. Little pricey but worth it.

Don’t know how anyone can honestly eat this stuff it taste like cardboard with stale cheese. The cheese literally taste like garbage will never come back again to this establishment.

Ordered the Spinach Roll Calzone and Hawaiian Pizza for lunch via delivery. Came hot and neatly packaged. Spinach filling was creamy, but the crust could have been better: the outer edge was disproportionately more crunchier than the center. But sauce on the side balanced the tooth-​crunching bite. The pizza’s crust upheld the plentiful, although greasy, toppings.

I ordered a chicken parmigana hero and it was incredible. I has a great experience with ordering my order on the phone. The phone guy was so nice and sweet. I will order again from here. I was so happy with the service and food

Decent pizza, salads are average and sandwiches are usually well done. It is part of a chain, but that isn’t totally a bad thing. Slices are large and cooked well, though I wish the crust was thinner. All in all, reasonable food at a fair price.

Very solid place. Super friendly staff that takes your order and gets you your slice before you can search the web to google something so you don’t just stand there and look like an idiot. Buffalo chicken slice is great as are the garlic knots. Chicken parm hero is also excellent as well.

I usually get their various pizzas which are delicious! When I try out different pizzerias I always find myself comparing them to Mario’s, and there really is no comparison. If buying by the slice, their slices are cut GENEROUSLY large. The crust is not thin like other places I’ve been to, where the pizza is literally falling apart because the toppings are weighing it down. Every slice I have tried here has been yummy. The chicken bacon ranch, white, and the salad topped (no cheese) slices are my favorites. Their garlic knots are so doughy, large, tasty, and one of the best ones I’ve had from a pizzeria. The staff is always friendly, and they move super fast. Love this place for a quick and delicious dinner.

Had the margarita pizza for lunch. 5 Minutes after leaving this restaurant i got a terrible stomach ache and raced back to work to use the bathroom. I had to leave work for the day due to sickness which lasted the rest of the night. Never eating here again in this lifetime.

This review is of the pizza only. The slices seem shorter and wider to the pies at other restaurants. They have a good selection of different types of slices. As I was eating my plain slice I noticed the crust outside is crispy but the inner crust is doughy. Upon further examination the inner crust was doughy because it seems it wasn’t fully cooked. A little on the skimpy side where sauce is concerned. The cheese is a bit chewy rather than melty.
Onto the chicken bacon ranch slice. In order to be called that there must actually be some bacon on the slice. I found may be one or two small bacon bit sized pieces on my slice. When it’s fresh out of the oven and they add the ranch afterwards I like it. I don’t like it when they recook it with the ranch on it. It changes the taste of the ranch and just makes it seem greasy to me. This slice however is a hefty one so I suggest only eating one specialty slice or two plain slices. Anything more is just going overboard unless you are absolutely starving. The chicken was cooked well and the peices were fairly large but could use a dash more seasoning especially since I am lacking flavor from my «missing» bacon. I hate to say it but I think Mama Theresa’s down the block has better slices.

We had pizza delivered to where we were staying and the pizza was ice cold. They were late in bringing it to our place. There was no flavor in the pizza. Even the kids didn’t eat any pizza.

Awesome selection and great quality food! You cannot go wrong eating pizza here! I had white pizza and broccoli and a plain slice! The ricotta on the white pizza was very creamy and lite, the broccoli had a melt in your mouth consistency! The plain slice was thin crust and crackled in your mouth the way it should, the sauce was nondescript nonetheless.
My only complaint was that the tables were somewhat sticky and the food pricey which can easily be overlooked based on the quality!

Fast food place. Pizzas are good among other foods. Not the best nor the worst. Price is very reasonable. You oeder the food at the counter and they give you a number. They Will being the foods ro your table. Service is fast and good too. Big shared parking lot and seating is very roomy.

I love me some salad pizza, it’s the pizza of my youth! And Mario’s does a really good job on it, and so we stop by Mario’s for slices when we’re going to watch a movies at the AMC in Westbury. Clean areas to sit and eat, and really friendly guys behind the counter! Their entrees also look really good (by peeking over at neighboring tables).
Definitely a local joint that’s been around for years (the BF has been going here for over 10 of them)!

I’ve been to this pizzeria a couple of times. The place is big and there’s always sitting available. It’s also new so everything looks nice and clean, and doesn’t look like your typical cheap pizzeria. The staff is also very friendly and gives you a number so that they can bring the food to your table.
The pizza is great also!
