First to make it clear this H&M is now in Roosevelt Field mall. Great store, workers are very helpful, selection is good. The only complaint is the lines are extremely long on the weekends. So have patience. Otherwise during the week it’s perfect.

the lines take at least 30 minutes to process you, there are virtually no sales floor associates to assist or interact with the customer and the few and far between rare sighting and interaction with staff involves rude disinterested and unaccommodating terse responses. Added to the aforementioned, the store is consistently a disaster. no folding, sizing, pricing or semblance of piles in general. it more resembles a flea market where wares are sold in disorganized bunches and of a quality one would expect from same. the absolute nightmare that is this store is surpassed only by the poor quality of their wares. the clothing and bags and virtually all items I’ve purchased from this store have never failed to meet my expectations. the one saving grace of this establishment is the general selection of clothing. the clothing is trendy, fashionable and consistently appealing. I enjoy the styles and the can usually find something that tickles my fancy. my advice is to keep your expectations low on this establishment if you desire assistance in a dressing room, getting a size or any non cashier transaction orientated interactions, you may fair better than me. if you are not bothered by these failings then you may be surprised at the trendy, fashionable, yet poor quality merchandise, that is perfect for a one time wear wardrobe.

Back to school fall outfit for college bound is very reasonable to this store. Fashion and price are perfect for my budget and my son’s taste. Need to be careful with size as its measurement to US standard is a size smaller. Quality is acceptable, anyways, fashion wise, clothing lasts for one school year only, lucky if it lasted for more than that. Tip: then buy standard style. The store is crowded on this weekend. Long line wait by the registers and the fitting rooms. Ample of merchandise are displayed. Most are on sale. Pretty good deals are out there for back to school craziness. Total check out price, unbelievable for a complete fall outfit package. A wise pick clothing store for me. See you H & M fir next seasons school outfit needs shopping.

Worst store ever, been standing on line for about 25min and only 3 people in front of me, only 1 one register open and the rest of the staff just walking around fixing clothes instead of helping in the register.

This was the best H&M on Long Island. It had the best selection of «actual» clothes(professional workwear) as well as cheaper deals and the usual H&M fashions. It was spacious, without too many garments jammed onto each rack as is the case with the other nearby H&Ms in Roosevelt Field and Green Acres malls. I always got good deals here. The mall location was out of the way and quiet. Unfortunately, this store has now CLOSED. According to staff, they are moving their stock to Roosevelt Field where that store is going to be extended sometime in 2015.

Clothing selection and clearance are as nice as any other H and M, but customer service is terrible. They are short with you and don’t answer your questions. The line is always long and they are understaffed. Love H and M but this location could be better.

A quick outfit or a basic tee… for adults that is what H&M works for. The kids section has nicely priced clothing. The quality is okay but kids grow so quick — this is a smart choice. The customer service at this particular H&M, terrible! From what some of the workers were wearing to the attitudes… I won’t be back to this location. Doesn’t help that it is inside the Mall at the Source. It is what it is! You get what you pay for at this place!

What I’ve learned from H&M 1) When you color code your closet, it’s easy to coordinate outfits. 2) Sometimes low-cost clothing = low-quality shirts you wear once, wash, and can’t wear again because it’s deformed. 3) Sometimes you need a one-hit wonder outfit in a pinch, so might as well save a few bucks. 4) Above all other sections, their maternity section is the best value, but contains only 5 racks… get the basics and be glad you only need it for a few months!
