Attended a surprise baby shower for a friend here. They provided a private room and a table for gifts. Staff was very patient as guest arrived at various times. Soda and pitchers of water were available and kept full. There were also many baskets of bread to go around the table with olive oil and butter. They were also nice enough to accommodate some children that attended with crayons and coloring paper. They even had a ball of pizza dough for the two young boys in our party to toss around and keep them entertained. After the guest of honor arrived, they brought out salad and plates of appetizers to share. Meatballs, fried mozzarella, wings, spinach and artichoke dip were among the choices. Food was hot and tasty. We had a choice of entrée. Salmon, chicken, shrimp, spaghetti and meatballs. Also garlic knots. By the time the entrée came I was stuffed. No problem they wrapped up to go. Gave is ample time to open gifts and helped with clean up and packed gifts in large plastic bag for easy take home for the mom to be. Ended off with cookies for dessert and coffee. All in All nice experience and wasn’t to expensive.

Food is decent, service isn’t the best. For a more quality pizza here is fine, but it’s reflected in the price.

For a simple meal of Pizza and salad I reccomend Bertuccis. I have been here a few times now and I have always been happy with their team, restaurant appearance and food quality. Plenty of parking and an easy in and out for the car. This is a big restaurant with plenty of seating and large room areas for party. With a crowded room you are still able to carry on a conversation and hear people due to the high ceilings and good acoustics. We were seated and the server came over to us fairly quickly to introduce herself and give us menus. Our order was very simple… Salad and pizza. My wife ordered a plain salad, and I a regular, both good, crispy lettuce and greens. We had a Sporkle pizza(ricotta and Sausage) and a pepperoni pizza(personal size). I really like the thin crust and their very tasty pizza sauce. They definitely put enough topping on the pizza. We did not have any special drinks but I did want to make note of their very reasonably priced and full wine menu. Also, by checking on on Unilocal,I got a free dessert or app. Overall a good value for a good lunch. They definitely have the right formula for good team members, good service, and tasty food.

I enjoyed eating at this restaurant. The waiters were superb at their job. It wasn’t as noisy as I thought. The food was excellent, though I felt the steak could be more flavorful. Besides flavor I felt everything was awesome

Finally made it over to Bertucci’s for lunch. This place has been on my list of places in Westbury to try since I was given four Bertucci’s gift cards over the holidays. The first thing I will note is the parking situation, there isn’t ample parking for the size of the restaurant. I was unable to get parked in their lot and had to park up the hill at Babies R Us. They weren’t a packed house when I entered; I would imagine at dinner time Babies R Us parking lot would be taken over by hungry patrons. I was feeling pretty hungry and it was much appreciated to receive their complimentary piping hot bread with oil and various Italian seasonings; paired alongside complimentary salad which consists of lettuce, onion, tomatoes, spinach, black olives and cucumber. As I munched down and browsed the menu. I decided on the Hickory BBQ Brick Oven Wings for an appetizer — 650 Calories, 8 brick oven baked wings $ 10.29 They were steaming hot with a bit of BBQ bark crunch and sweet yet savory taste. For an entrée I went with a small Veggie brick oven pizza-house made tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli and freshly marinated garlic basil tomatoes. 180⁄300 calories per slice, Small $ 11.99 or Large $ 19.99 The thin crust pizza was loaded with veggies and each bite satisfied my taste buds. For Dessert I went with the Cheesecake — 940 calories — usually $ 5.99, but thanks to my trusty Unilocal,I received my dessert for free for checking in. I noticed a sign on their wall stating«Dough made fresh daily. Tomato sauce– crafted from their farm fresh blend. Veggies– fire roasted every morning. Brick oven pizza takes minutes to cook.» With gift cards still burning a hole in my pocket, I will be returning here soon for another tasty meal. But if you’re not so lucky, the food here is more than good enough for your hard-earned dollars. Don’t forget to join Unilocal and check in for a free dessert/app.

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend’s family. We ordered a bottle of wine. Waitress took a long time to deliver the wine to the table. Proceeded to attempt to open the bottle. Announced to the table that she«felt awkward» and had to open up the bottle somewhere else… Yeah, it WAS awkward. Food was ok

So last night was my first visit at this restaurant. The set up was nice because it was big and had a lot of space so you did not feel like other people were on top of you. It was my friends birthday and they sang to her and gave her a free ice cream. The food was surprisingly very good and the bill was only $ 84.00. For four people which is not bad at all including an app. But the best part of the visit for all of us was the waiter we had, his name was Nicholas. He was so friendly and helped us out so much. I wish every waiter I had was like him. He dealt with four bossy girls and he took it all in with a smile. Hes great!!!

Wasn’t my choice to come here but I went… The pizza was literally inedible. I got a bbq chicken and an original. The crust was tasteless and the sauce was horrible. They used to have decent food but geez it was bad. I don’t get why people go to these chain places…

Basically, this is like a better version of Olive Garden. I’d heard that they make good pizza so I came on a whim with my mom because we just happen to drive by while doing some errands/shopping. It was lunch time so we went with the lunch specials. I got the pesto chicken flat bread pizza which was pretty good although it didn’t have much pesto or chicken on it(hmm…). It was relatively big, too(see photo) considering it’s the smallest size they offer. The tomato sauce on the pizza was really good and clearly made in house. My mom got the chicken milanese focaccia sandwich which was good as well. They give you fresh rolls, oil olive, and salad to start with(hence the Olive Garden reference) which definitely filled us up before our food came. The place was really busy when we went but our server was still great — so polite and attentive. This is by no means authentic Italian food(I’ve heard the pizza is much better than the regular dishes) but still a good choice if you’re looking to sit and eat but not spend too much time or money.

I really do think Bertuccis is under rated, my server ANDRE was perfect, so kind so attentive and soo knowledgeable!!! Everytime I come here I try to land him as my server. The white sangria pitcher is great to share and always leaves me feeling nice!!! Which is so hard to find. The food is good! Cod piccatta is my favorite overall a great experience! Thank you ANDRE again!!!

Better than I expected! The food is really tasty and very filling. Their Sangria has a very sweet taste and the half pitchers are perfect to share with someone else. Yields about 5 glasses(yes, the half pitcher!). The service is FANTASTIC. Very attentive waitress. The staff at the entrance weren’t too attentive. However, all in all, a must visit.

I ordered the Alfredo fettuccini and it sucked. Their bread but bread is always good so it doesn’t count. I recommend ordering pizza because that’s what their known for.

Had dinner here with the fam for my brother’s birthday dinner. We were seated promptly and out drink orders were taken. Bread was brought out to the table as well which everybody loved. Our food was also great. We had ordered pizza, lobster risotto, mac n cheese(for my nephew), and roasted eggplant pomodoro. All were great as was our server.

Came a while ago and forgot to write a review. From what I remember, great staff and really good pizza. We had a regular pie and a white pie, equally delicious. No drinks that night but I could imagine they have a pretty extensive wine menu. Good place to go with a group of 4 or more because the pies are big and the booths allow enough room to sit and not be squished together.

I don’t usually like reviewing chains since the experience/food is generally the same across locations; however, I was really disappointed with the service here. I couldn’t believe on a Wednesday night there was a 20 minute wait with a line of people waiting. we said forget that, let’s just sit at the bar(figuring since there was no people sitting there it would be quick, right?- wrong). To their credit, with the Unilocal check-in you get a free appetizer or dessert, and though they didn’t know what a Unilocal check-in offer was at first, they kindly allowed us to use it and we got a free sampler appetizer. People started to show up at the bar, and the group next to us somehow got their food before we got our appetizers. We were probably sitting there for 45 minutes before getting our appetizer, and the BBQ pizza took awhile as well(but at least that wait was more bareable since we were semi-full from the appetizers). The check took forever to come because the waitress needed the manager to adjust the price(to take off the app). The bartender was complaining about how busy it was, which I feel bad and I’d probably feel stressed too, but I’d try to keep my cool in front of customers. it affects your dining experience more than I would think it would. To their credit, the BBQ pizza was really good. I’ve ordered it 2 times at Bertucci’s and love the thin crusted crispy pizza. We got a large pizza, and by large they are NOT kidding — it was actually the size of a regular pie. Although I wished we ordered a personal size small pizza once I saw the size, it was nice having leftovers the next day at least. The appetizer sampler was okay — I liked the meatballs and the fried mooz. but the wings were too spicy. Due to poor service, I will more than likely not be back unfortunately. Hopefully we just came on a bad night.

Was in the area, and my husband recommend this place because he tried it once while in working another state. Hostess was very friendly, gave us a great table. All went downhill from there. I checked in, and saw that u get reward for it with either an appetizer or dessert. So look at the menu and decide to go with the lunch specials. I ordered the portobello sandwich, my husband the margarita pizza. When we asked our waiter bout the free appetizer he looked confused, and said he would check on that. Got us our drinks with bread, dipping oil. That was great! Bread was hot and fresh, dipping oil was delightful as well as mildly spicy. He didnt mention anything bout the appetizer. We were starving so we dug into the bread. Then the salad came out. Which was good, but wayy to much dressing. It overpowered the whole thing. Still no mention of the appetizer. We decided to let it go because we already filled up on bread& salad. Waiter wasnt really checking in on us much. He was disappearing every time we saw him. Never got us more bread or dipping oil. Our entrees finally came. My sandwich was great but the bread was burnt. Pizza was fine. We were both done with our drinks, waiter was no where in sight to get refills. Nor did he ever ask when he did come by the table. We finally just asked for the check. Service here is awful. I never even had my drink not refilled somewhere. Thats usually first thing waiters look out for. The place itself was very big, and cozy. What I also liked bout it was that we see a few tables of elderly women and men playing cards. They were having a nice time and enjoying themselves. Thought that was a nice touch. We really didnt have a good experience, and would not recommend this place. Its too bad, I looked at other tables, and their servers very prompt, and available. Guess we just got seated at the wrong station. Had we got another waiter it would have been a better experience for us.

Short wait around dinner time on a Saturday. Our waitress was pleasant but you could tell she had a lot of tables. They start you off with a basket of warm rolls and oil. We also started off with splitting a salad. It was the one with Strawberries and it was decent. We split a large margarita pie, half with broccoli. We all enjoyed it. We also shared the cheesecake and the brownie sundae, both were just okay. Over all this place wasn’t to bad. You could see the brick oven from the dining room. I’d probably come here again, but I can’t bing myself to give this place 4 stars.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and had no problem getting a seat. We were promptly seated and our waitress came by shortly after. She seemed preoccupied, but then we got a new waiter, Anthony and he was super nice and attentive. We ended up ordering a large margherita pizza and I decided to try the crabcake appetizer. We ended up only eating half the pizza to save the rest for home and I very much so enjoyed the crabcake. I was happy that it didn’t have any peppers or whatever else people put in them. It was just the crabmeat, the yummy aoili sauce that came with it and it was cooked in the brick oven. Had a virgin strawberry daiquiri which was pretty good and he had a root beer. We also used Unilocal to check-in =) and received an offer for a free dessert or appetizer for our next visit. We were happy that we were able to use it on this visit and the manager who approved it for us this day was Mike. Mike was also super nice and asked me what I thought of the crabcake because it was one of the new editions to the menu. I really liked it and thought it was very good(you know for a chain-ish type place) and he told me that he got mixed reviews in that some people from Maryland didn’t like it — well you can’t please everyone and I’ll take this rather than drive all the way to MD every time I want a crabcake(unless I’m in MD, then I’ll be enjoying a bunch!) =P

Haven’t been here in years. This is my 2nd time coming here and this experience was way better than my first. I got there earlier in the evening and started to pick up closer to 8p. They served us bread with the dipping oil. I can’t complain! Bread is my weakness! I shared the Farmer’s salad. One definitely cannot finish that on their own. It was so good. It was refreshing to have with the bread. I ordered a bottle of pinot. The brand they had was delightful. For dinner, I had the fettucini alfredo with chicken and hubby had spaghetti with meatball in bolognese sauce. Both very good dishes. For dessert? I had the cookie with vanilla icecream. Of course it was excellent!!! We did play it safe because of the other ratings. Because I had a great experience here, I’d definitely give this place another shot. And I do recommend this place to others.

Hey can you keep it down, I’m trying to eat over here. O.K. So the family and I decide it’s the perfect night to step out for dinner. We’re all feeling Italian and Bertucci’s has the answer we’re looking for. We show up around 6 o’clock on a Friday, very impressed, the place seemed crowded but we were seated right away. The hostess was friendly and escorted us to our table near the kitchen area. Along the way we were also greeted by the manger who also welcomed us to the restaurant. Very nice. On our way to the table we can’t but notice the large group tables. They can easily accommodate large groups. I guess the only complaint is the design of the restaurant itself. It’s very difficult to keep quiet conversation under the roar of the conversations from the adjacent tables. I wish there was a way to fix this since other than the overwhelming noise level our experience was wonderful. We were spoiled by our very friendly waitress who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. No pressure to order immediately either. Naturally this allowed everyone in my party to play with the pizza dough(usually just reserved for the little kids but they give it to anyone who asks, just ask the hostess). It’s a great conversation starter too! On to our food, we went to enjoy the pizza. I ordered the Sporkie with lots of sausage and ricotta cheese. It was delicious. I threw in the side Caesar salad which was also nicely prepared. My daughter had a simple cheese pizza with procuttio on top. The pizza was very good but the procuttio was a little on the tough side. Now for the perfect finish to our evening. Enter the Hot Chocolate Chip Cookies with gelato and whipped cream on top. Hot out of the oven this dish is amazing, we shared it but I think I could have handled this one all by myself. We really enjoyed our dinner. Noisy surroundings aside, we had a really nice time. The manager even stopped by the table midway through our meal to check how our food was. We found everyone at the restaurant yo be very attentive. You have to try the pizza at Bertucci’s! Delicious.
