Auto Depot

Frank at Auto Depot is a fine human being, however, his secretary/​assistant is a far different matter. She is ignorant, rude and disrespectful. I have a disability and I utilize a crutch and she actually had the audacity to berate me concerning my condition. I am now filing a complaint with the human rights commission against her. If you have a disability stay away from this place. There is another auto body place up the street from them on Urban Avenue.

The father and son team at Auto Depot really did me a solid today. They ordered trim/​molding for my Infiniti that got bent when trying to get inside when the battery had died with the keys inside. When the part came in they let me know and I went there today to have it installed. Turns out it was a much bigger job than expected since there was another piece that was broken and the door frame was bent. Frank stepped up and had them fix the broken part, straightened out the frame and got the trim on. The best part is they didn’t charge me anymore for them going above and beyond. Before I return my wife’s lease I’m bringing it here to get cleaned up since they’re dependable, honorable and do good body work. Thanks again guys!
