Westbrook Auto Service

This is the only shop I will go to now for care of my Lincoln. They have treated me very well — and if it isn’t properly fixed, they make it right, no charge. In fact, that is happening with me right now. I had a repair done to power windows last week (Lincolns have power everything), and one of them is now making a nasty noise. Friday, they are going to disassemble the whole thing again so they can fix it — and I will have their loaner car as long as needed. This is a good and professional shop. Mike, the counter manager is quite welcoming and outgoing. He is extremely patient to explain everything so you understand what the issue and what they intend to do. I have no reservations in recommending Westbrook Auto.

This auto place is a complete rip off. They did a radiator repair/​new radiator and hoses; 430 dollars and 2 days later radiator was leaking. Refused to tell me where he brought the radiator as I wanted another shop to fix his mistake; led me to believe it was under warranty with Napa. Come to find out he brought it from 1−800-radiator/their reveiws are also terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP!!! RIP OFF!!!
