I’ve probably been here over 500+ times on my to work and have always found the staff to be friendly, smart and professional. Whoever does the hiring does a nice job. One day I accidentally paid but drove off before they gave me my coffee (totally my fault-duh.) I didn’t have time to go back, but the next day the woman remembered without me even saying anything &gave me a new coffee. I think they are very efficient and they seem to care a lot about customer service.

Quite possibly the worst DD I have had the misfortune of going to. Completely inept staff that cannot get the order right.
They seemed surprised that I wanted my pumpkin spice iced latte to look like the photo. The first time they handed it to me it was hot. It doesn’t take a genius to understand what ICED means. They remade it, but without the whipped cream. I gave it back.
I visited again, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. The car in front of me had to return their order and once again, I had to return mine.
Stay in school boys and girls.
