Does not keep us up todate on loan. Went over the 45 day for interest and then said we have to wait and re-​do interest and now it may be for.
They seem young and inexperienced and do not communicate well. Lacking professionalism. They don’t stay on top of their loans and accounts. I always had to call and then thye would check where things were. They don’t seem to care if they keep your business.
Very disappointed. We wanted to go with local maine company. Sometime bigger is better. We had no headaches with Quicken Loans… should have gone back with them.
