We hosted kids’ 5th birthday party yesterday on January 17, 2016. Invited guests(kids and parents) really enjoyed themselves. Kids love indoors playground. Not many McDonalds have indoors playground nowdays. Honestly we were on really tight budget hosting the party because of recent 3 major holidays and birthday was too close after 3 major holidays. McDonalds was really worth to invest. Kids had too much fun. Food service was great and timely. One employee who assisted us hosting the party he told us he had really good time with all of us. From my observation, indoors playground /birthday parties are great for age 3 to age around 6 – 7 years old. We added our loot bags to McD’s goody bags. Kids love bright light led braz bracelets and finger flipping rubber chicken toys. We save around $ 175-$ 250 from other party places !

Bad. I went in and walked out after waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order across the counter. They are understaffed and didn’t seem to care. Employees shouting in foreign languages and the greasy dude with his ass hanging out didn’t help my appetite. Reserved for the truly desperate.

I don’t eat fast food all that often(maybe once a month), but if you like McDonald’s, don’t visit this location. For me, the attitude and friendliness of the staff is critically important, and here, customer service does not exist. It feels like I am inconveniencing them by showing up and wanting to order. As far as the food goes, it’s McDonalds. Consistent to other locations, but would never go back here because of the staff!

This particular location, which for years had actually been a standout in an otherwise sea of McMediocrity, has gone completely down the toilet lately. SO… I’m ordering In the restaurant this evening, since they screwed up my drive-thru orders THREE times in a row. After waiting for over 5 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement and then several more minutes to place my order, it was clear that they were desperately understaffed(I saw only 2 employees total — one in front and one in the back). I was the only person in line at the time, yet I had to go back several times to get my order corrected(forgotten drinks, no sauces, etc). Still better than my previous visit, when they stiffed me on our burgers completely, and we did not realize it until we got home. Never had such problems with this location until the past month or two. New management? If so, they are failing miserably.(McDonalds corporate, take note) My advice to anyone ordering here — Check Your Orders! Their accuracy is terrible. To quote Joe Pesce: «They $@%@% you at the drive thru.» HEYRONALD! A HINT: A Happy Meal isn’t so happy when you forget the burgers!!!

I’ve had some poor encounter with this McDonald’s including but not limited to theft from a cashier, very old looking food, and forgetting to give me a straw(I hate it when this happens: p) On a positive note this location is very efficient and if you are needing to get in and out to grab a bite real quick on a lunch break this place will do that for you 90% of the time.

Sadly, I’m a fan of McDonalds. Definitely not this one. My experience: There is a new $ 2 spicy chicken sandwich which is supposed to have bacon. Of the five or six times I’ve ordered this, it had bacon once. Both of the times I complained, they said the cashier accidentally pressed the wrong button(although the receipt begged to differ). These are just my most recent experiences. I could go on. I have worked at McDonalds before. This multinational corporation is a penny pinching operation. Not everybody has time to go back and complain about missing toppings, and they know it. It’s more cost effective to rip off the customer and risk the complaint. Maybe it’s not every McDonalds, but definitely at least this one and the one I worked at in high school. I know it’s McDonalds, but take some pride in your work. This restaurant would not last if it did not have the McDonalds name attached to it.

It’s a Mickey D, so you get pretty much what you expect, OK food, with ME service. On the plus side is a big indoor play place. Located on Route 9, in front part of the WalMart parking lot.

I will admit first off that I ate here for the first time in over 2 years the other day. that’s not this McDonald’s, but ANY McDonald’s…I try to avoid fast food in general… high sodium with low taste = not worth it. So we were pressed for time and had to get a quick bite on the go and I gave the«Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich» a try. It was awful. I can’t even describe how bad this thing was. It had no discernible taste. It was like a wet pool towel or couch cushion. I really don’t know if anyone could identify WHAT they were eating on a blind taste test… The bacon was the usual micron thin salt stick that McD’s has always had. The swiss cheese was like plastic grease… nothing swiss in the flavor department. The chicken should have had some sort of taste, what with it having a seasoned bread coating but again, nothing. It really was amazing how inert the flavor of this thing was… The line of the day came from my kid… «That’s more like a Sad meal»
