A year later and we are all done. There is no customer service. Whoever is on duty is always on phone. There is no one on one education unless your kid is in some advanced class.
For two years I went just about every week. Still to this day no one has cleaned the sitting tables in the back viewing room. I guess 5 minutes of cleaning is as hard to get as 2 minutes of personnel attention for my kids.
